BuildPro Welding Tables

Mobile Solutions is proud to announce that we are now a Master Distributor for StrongHand Tools, manufacturer of these tables.  We introduced the BuildPro Welding Table to attendees of our September Master Tech Boot Camp and they were simply blown away!  Equipping your installation department with a BuildPro Welding Table will allow you to take on work that was previously not possible, allowing you to further push the boundaries on what you can offer to your customers.

Mobile Solutions ALL NEW Router Table

When you need a router table that you can rely on day in and day out, there are many options. But, what if you want something that is designed from the ground up to be the best of the best?  Many of the attendees of our recent Master Tech Boot Camp program asked about buying something similar to the router tables that we custom designed and built for use in our own facility.  Now you can!  Here are the specifics:

Top

The 24”D x 32”W top is made from ¼” thick white acrylic and is affixed to a 1” thick MDF base.  Weighing in at 45 pounds, this provides an extremely stable, flat, and true work surface.

Base

The top is mounted to a 20”D x 26”W base that gives the router table an overall height of 35”.  We custom weld each base out of 1.5” angle steel stock.  We paint each base with industrial gray paint to make it impervious from water or moisture damage.  The base includes leveling feet so that set-up in your shop is a snap.

Dust Cavity

The dust cavity is made from white melamine and fits within the base.  Dust collection hook up is on the rear via your choice of a 4”, 5”, or 6” diameter connection.

The Mobile Solutions Router Table will accommodate any of the router lifts that we sell, as well as all of the most popular styles and kinds of routers, including the massive Porter Cable production routers.  This is a serious router table designed for the demands of a serious production oriented wood shop.
